We do not accept applications for CA, CT, MD, MA, NY, OR, WI, or anywhere else outside US, UK, or Canada.

Does Hello Madison, LLC provide the equipment?

No, 
Hello Madison, LLC does not provide any required equipment. Please attend our live info session or watch the prerecorded video for assistance with purchasing equipment.

Is training paid?

You're are paid for live call taking during training which is normally phase two. Since you are 1099 agents and not W2 agents training isn't paid during class times. Please review tax details on the IRS.GOV website.

How are we paid?

All agents are paid hourly. The pay is calculated by intervals. 1 interval = 30 minutes, 2 intervals = 1 hour . 

*Pay is direct deposited biweekly using ZELLE only. If you prefer a paper check it will be mailed on payday.

Can we work for multiple contracts at once?

Yes, you can work for multiple contracts at once. We do suggest training for one contract at a time.
